Warehouse wares block travel

I'm constantly getting 'Villager path blocked' messages from my transporters, who are standing in the middle of a pile of supplies stored at the warehouse cannot pathfind out.

I have tried multiple warehouses, game restarts, firing everyone and assigning new people.

Currently have 3x transporters stuck in one pile of iron ore

Having this exact same issue, however only when my weavers are transporting wool from any warehouse to their hut. They (2 of them) get stuck in the pile of wool baskets, spend their whole work day being stuck transporting wool, get off work and just continue on with their lives unstuck. Happens every time. Tried different warehouses and different villagers. No help. I have an abudance of wool, but shortage on goods because my weavers won't make cloth that my tailors could turn into common clothes and now my commoners are leaving because there's a goods shortage. My abundance of wool is just stuck in a pile in a warehouse where two of my weavers spend their workdays hanging together in the baskets instead of working and then leaving their work to live their lives.

I've not had this problem, but the first thing to do is paint a restricted zone on them. That usually makes them move. If it works, remove the restricted zone and all should be OK.
