FPS Drops every few Seconds

Hey there,
I don't know what started the issue but im getting every 10-15 Seconds massive FPS drops down to 10-15 FPS, what makes the game nearly unplayable and annoying.. Someone else have the same issue?
Even if i lower the Settings or restart the Game the FPS drops stays.

Hi,
I cannnot guarranty it will works but my current try here to remove stuttering seems to be successful. Try this :
- remove vsync and set fps limit to unlimited to see how many you get.
- if it's above 60 then set max to 30 or 40 without vsync

Here I get 82-86. I have set a max to 40 and stuttering disappeared. I'm currently trying 50 as 60 make everything stutter in a wave way and unlimited fps cause immediate and permanent stuttering.

ive had something similar at launch.
where i after a restart i couldnt get more then 4 fps even if i reinstalled the game.
Just reinstalling my GPU drivers did it though, not even updating just reinstalling.
maybe that will work?

I just saw them yesterday cause I didn’t get a notification.
I tried both of your suggestions, but still getting the fps drops..

The game works well the first few minutes, but after some time it starts again to drop down to 10-15 fps..

Played with the settings around. Even in very low settings, same problem.
