Villagers Stuck At Home

I've had this issue on and off but i find sometimes villagers get stuck inside their house and as soon as they try to leave for work or any need they walk out and right back in. they all have 90+ happiness but they're my market tenders so with out them the entire city suffers.

I noticed destroying the house will work for obvious reasons but thats a temporary fix until it happens again and now they have to rebuild and are gonna be mad till they do.

my population is just over 400, theres nothing near the doors they're trying to run out of, they'er happy, everything should be fin but they just can't do it. I've heard other issues of peoples villagers getting stuck so maybe villager a.i. is just a little screwy.

If theres something im doing wrong please tell me, if not hopefully this gets polished up now that the games fully released.
