Bailiff Trade bonus not updating with office Embellishment

When assigning a Bailiff with the trait "Trade price bonus of X% from villages with Clergy, Kingdom, and Labour allegiance," the bonus applied is based on the embellishment level of the Bailiff’s Office at the time of assignment. However, if you add decorations to the Bailiff’s Office afterwards, the trade bonus does not update — it remains stuck at the value calculated when the Bailiff was first assigned.
I have to fire and reassign a Bailiff to have the updated splendour bonus.
