environment movement and housing insufficient

Hello - every time I load the game, I have to toggle the settings for environment movement on and off even though my settings are off to begin with, the trees are always swaying when I start my game which gives me motion sickness.

Also, I keep getting the notification for housing insufficient even when all my villagers have housing.
