Sculpture Workshop doesn't exist

I play on newest patch on mapgen branch. I just unlocked sculpture workshop and it's not visible in ANY (I manually checked them all) tab for buildings, nor as a part of Manor, Monastery, Tavern, Market or Fort "monuments". I saved and loaded game to make sure. Still, scultpure workshop nowhere to be seen.

anybody figured out how to assign a master builder there? I dont know how to get one of those.. for the devs.. this could do with a bit better tool tip/description. And maybe some removal of old information on the wiki.

You can assign anyone who is a citizen (no serfs or commoners) to work at the sculpture workshop in the the sub-building menu.
