Majestic Stained Glass Masterpiece not unlocking Trade Route?

I recently completed the Majestic Stained Glass Masterpiece with all conditions met but it does not seem to have unlocked any additional trade route as expected. Am I missing something or is this a bug? :)

I've got 3 trade routes, is it supposed to unlock a 4th? :)

hmm weird, what happens if you reload the game? (Ctrl + Shift + R for quicker)

Yes exactly after you build it you should get a 4th trade route in your list, you might need to scroll down to see it.

Are you using any mods btw? If yes are any of them adding or changing trade routes?

Tried a full restart and a reload, neither helped unfortunately. I'm not using any mods either.

hmm has the construction of this church fully finished?

Can you try adding one more decorative part to make that 16/15?

Ahhhh the Church still had 1 part remaining to be built. It has now completed and the Trade Route has unlocked.

The building must contain the "Great Hall" ie. Lord Manor
