Could you try a clean installation of the most recent graphics driver? You can do so via AMD's driver software, there should be such an option under custom installation or equivalent, not 100% sure how AMD has named those as I have an NVIDIA card.

Other than that unfortunately I need the full dxdiag log to see driver information and other details so that I can help you further if the clean installation doesn't do the trick.

Please verify file integrity through Steam as the problem is most likely that something went wrong with the download.

That aside please send us a dxdiag log as well as the foundation.log file found under Documents/Polymorph Games/Foundation either here via pastebin or equivalent or on our discord server or via email to support@polymorph.games

When you say it doesn't launch how far does it get before crashing (loading bar, start menu, new game?) and when it crashes does the error reporting tool show up to send the report?

Hi @lukesince88

Are you still having issues starting the game?
We have received no emails regarding your issue. Did you mean you have sent the crash report?

If you added your email to the crash report please can you send an email to support@polymorph.games explaining the issue so that we can locate the crash report.

Please also add the foundation.log file found here: \Documents\Polymorph Games\Foundation along with a DxDiag[support.microsoft.com] report so that we can investigate further.

Is that all of it? If it indeed stops there that means that the game cannot recognise your GPU properly. What GPU do you have on your system?

A dxdiag log would really help here for us to have more information on your exact system configuration to help you further with this.

How to get the log:
