No villagers joining village

literally months passed, every time, 0 people joining
I have jobs that need to be filled, lots of residential space and all the desirability ranges too
75+ happiness and still no one joins, more were joining at less. I have all commoners and 50 citizens at 411 people, and people arent lacking faith and very few lack food

what gives

See "Housing and/or Immigration Issues" pinned in "General discussion". What factor is low ? Hapiness, work, or house place ? Likely it's house place. Check the distances House zone - workplace. Likely it is a question of desirability because you promoted too many commoners: should be high to very high everywhere: If not try to add decorative bushes. Courage ! (see also solved immigration issues on "General discussion": it can help you)

If you are afterwards still experiencing problems I would be more than happy to take a look at your save file and help you fix the problem specifically for your village.

In general it is highly recommended to not upgrade all villagers to commoner+. This is due to a currently not well explained mechanic in game that villagers become less productive at their job the more needs they have as they spend more time fulfilling them. Thus having a village of only high ranked villagers can make it really challenging to keep up with the demand for food/clothes/etc.

In my experience it is better to leave food as well as clothing producers as serfs to ensure maximum efficiency.
