Early access owners, do we get the full 1.0 for free?

If we have the early access game on Steam, does it mean that we get the full version 1.0 for free when it releases? Or do we have to purchase it again?

Early access or not doesn't change how things work on steam.
You get all updates of the game (including when it comes out of early access), things that require you to pay are labelled as DLCs (or in-app purchases).

Yes you get the full version and any other updates when you own the game.
