Castle Keep and Castle do not complete

I have been waiting for ages for the Castle Keep and some other buildings in there to complete but they seem stuck,
The storages have plenty of materials and Builder workshops are all around. The progress bar says "Waitig for builder". It's been like than for over 20 months (game months),
I have rebuilt the whole thing over and over again.
On the other hand the buildings work as they should.

Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?

You might have a missing resource, check the build to see if it has everything. Keeps require dummies as well so make sure you have all the components. I have had a situation with a part before. It never completed, I had to delete the part and start over.

The solution maybe is to start again, as resources are plenty and nearby.
Had both training dummy and archer range included. I will try starting again and hope it resolves. Thanks again.

my issue was i built my castle on an island and i had made the light fortification however something had gone wrong with that and it blocked access to the island so i deleted the fortification and the gate built the castle and made the fortification again and it worked out so might be something is blocked around your map other buildings not being built because access is restricted.

I ran into a similar thing with my marketplace. Something in it will not finishing building.

They changed the parts list from what it was in early access as it could show unbuilt parts. Now it just has silly information instead for the name and purpose of the part.

The reason for this happening is one of two things:
- Missing resource (as Enrico pointed out) Usually somethign you do not have in stock such as fabric or iron bars.
- You construction order cut off access to reach a part. This happens quite often with complicated builds like a monastery. Sometimes building something to gain temporary access works or delete part and add them one by one in the correct order.

I finally made it. After demolishing the fortifications, i started adding items one by one after the main building was finished. The doors, the training stuff, decorations etc.
