Company size maximum?

Is there a 5 person maximum to a company? I built a sword encampment that building wise can fit more than 20 people but it only lets me add 5 militiamen and now im wondering if i should downsize due to the running costs of it being so large.

The "Command post" unlocked on tier 3 increases company size to 10.

Your "Barracks" sub-building is the one that needs to house all your militiamen. If you build tents and such as part of other buildings, I think they won't be used as housing.

Hey thanks for the reply, but weird because i do have the command post built... I'm sure i did something wrong but im not quite sure what
