Goods Market Stall isn't stocking up despite full storage and production

I kept getting the "No Access to Goods" message and found out that my market stall with Common Clothes doesn't stock up. I have a storage facility nearby full of Common Clothes, but yet nothing happens.

When I first placed the market stall, it worked fine, so I'm not sure what went wrong. I've tried moving the stall and restarting the game. Nothing works :/

Anyone know how to fix?

Maybe something is blocked. I'm assuming you mean it doesn't work anymore at all. Also, make sure you aren't stockpiling. If you accidentally clicked that then they won't sell the item. Its a option on the left hand side of the goods tab in the royal book.

If on the other hand you're talking about them not moving it fast enough, here's what I've done in the past:

1) Slow down the game speed. At x3 speed, things don't work the way they should.
2) Check to see the transporter's needs are met. Maybe they're spending too much time looking for stuff.
3) Make sure some other storage facility isn't stealing from your distribution center. I've seen warehouses prioritize taking from each other and not remove goods from production output.
