Report a translation problem
If on the other hand you're talking about them not moving it fast enough, here's what I've done in the past:
1) Slow down the game speed. At x3 speed, things don't work the way they should.
2) Check to see the transporter's needs are met. Maybe they're spending too much time looking for stuff.
3) Make sure some other storage facility isn't stealing from your distribution center. I've seen warehouses prioritize taking from each other and not remove goods from production output.
