This is the way to get the achievement.

Play on challenging difficulty.
Build a monastery with a winery.

After you build the winery and start selling wine you get visited by Steward of the Abbott and you get three options:
- Host the Steward and the retinue for 30 days.
- Pay 50 Clergy influence
- Pay 1000g

After you choose an option you then go and change your Clergy privilege to the Seal of Prestige (sell wine for 50% more) and that triggers the achievement.
