Warehouse worker capacity improvement
I would to make a suggestion regarding the worker capacity on the warehouse:
The improvement for the warehouse that increases store capacity which can be unlocked on the progression menu should also increase the worker capacity (by +4, for example).
Reason for this request is that adding additional different types of goods without having additional work force will result in delays or even disruptions, which defeats the purpose of increasing the storage capacity.

perhaps you have a wrong approach, personally i keep max 2 type of goods in any granary/warhouse exept the first one of the transport chain who is just a hub to collect nearest resources so one slot by resources is fine for this type of usage.

Just cause it's more effective 4 workers on the same resource than 4 workers for 4 resources collected randomly ...

so for me expansion have utility only for seasonal crops for storage during the off season

He's right, don't put too many different goods in them, just a few, and then you can stockpile those several times in that warehouse.
Make more storehouses nearby if you have a bunch of resources together.

That is what I end up doing, because at the end since it was disrupting my main food supplies for the market (same goes to the granary). I simply added the same building on the side instead of adding the expansion.
Maybe a better control of the transporters tasks would also solve the problem - I dunno.

You unlock the city market and warehouse later on too which has more workers. which is probably what you are after. I have like 300 pop right now and like 2 warehouses, no issues at all for logistics.
