How to earn Seal of Prestige?

Unlock a privilege on the Common progression tree, then enable it on the Edicts page (F2, I think ... just press tab and cycle through the tabs til you find Edicts & Privileges, lol).

this privilege cannot be obtained from the common progression tree. this privilege is only from some kind of quest

My bad. I'm not familiar with that particular privilege. If it's a quest reward, then you either have it already or should have instructions for how to get it.

Seal of Prestige sounds like a Clergy thing. Have you unlocked any Clergy Privileges? (Do you have an extra unused privilege?)

Solved! All you need to do is trade a wine with the villages as much as you can, keep selling it and eventually the "seal" will pop

Is there a quest invovled?
Or just sell/trade the wine, and you eventually will get the Seal of Prestige Privilege, then just activate that privilege?

There will be a quest, yes. I failed it the first time but I don't recall the requirements other than it said that it would return to try again later.
