Achievements - blueprints

Hi guys,
I have one question about achievements with blueprints. I have done all achievements without them both. I don't know how to get them because I don't even see options with "blueprints" - I don't know that I'm doing something wrong or it's bugged? If it's not bugged where should I look for blueprints?

Achievements:
The beggining of knowledge (study a blueprint)
Knowledge is all! (study all blueprints)

You earn blueprints from military missions that have a special reward chance. do enough and you will get a blueprint that your bailiff can then study to unlock a new building.

There are 4 different blueprints currently in the game. legacy rustic church, legacy monastery, romanesque church, and knight's statue

I've given up on the "study all blueprints" achievement after getting just one in my 30 hr run. Its just a pure grind sending troops out with a low chance of getting a blueprint with the right missions few and far between.

Getting blueprints is a negative aspect of the game for me. I need too long to get a strong enough army and if I got it, the game is boring. When starting a new village, I would have to start again and again with the blueprints. It would be more fun, I they would be connected with the game and could be used in every game directly if unlocked once.

I agree with this post... I've got a game going purely for the point of unlocking blueprints and I've never seen one, I am completing every possible mission at all times, just staring at the missions window and taking everything throwing my insane army, never failing any. But somehow, that 10% is just not happening for me, and even when it does - as @Hakri88 says it will be utterly meaningless to get a new unlock in a map where everything is already done.

Something like king's pledge should just give you 100% the blueprint, I've finished that thing at least 50 times now, still nothing... grind continues.

Good thing the military path and missions are getting a complete rework with the fully release ;)

It's a crapshoot. The unique rewards is your flag for blueprints. I got the all relatively quickly.
