How do i assign a monstery priest?

Checked the forum and found answers very confusing. Is there a straight forward way?

Build the building. Have unemployed worker(s). Recruit male or female residents into the monastery (bright orange buttons near the top of the main monastery window). Wait (they assign themselves jobs as they see fit, among all connected sub-buildings).

The game auto assign a Priest (as for others job on Monastery) once you have your first monk/nune.

If the question is "how can I have monk ?", then click on any module, go to the generic one (arrow on the left upper side of the opened page), and if you have available space, then add people on your "dorm"

There are no orange buttons apart from the building overview. Meant to auto assign? Also no villager has the monastery or monastery priest as an employment option. Monastery chapel.

You need to have monk/nun DORMS - there you can use the 'devote a X villager to the monastery' button to add a priest/nun to your monastery complex.
