it is hard to upgrad monk , make a nove monk to make food

Every male inhabitant of the monastery is a monk, and you can assign any unemployed villager to become a monk. They start as novice and can be upgraded to brother/sister, but any monk can make food, even if they're not upgraded.

Im guessing you built your monestary wrong.

Every part of the monestary needs to be a sub-building of the same overall 'monestary'. You have to use the edit building menu and the + button to add sub-buildings to the monestary. Everything you build from the build menu counts as a new monestary on its own.
