Any game similar to this?

I like Foundation's concept that focuses on supply chain and expanding your produce and buildings without focusing too much on min-max resources like Banished.
However, the game UI and explanation killed my interest
Any recommendation for the game like this one?

If you're looking for a casual city builder I think Settlers 6-8 are pretty similar to this game.

farthest frontier might be what youre looking for, you can turn the bandits off if you want a more relaxed experience
