Visitor notifications?

In EA, whenever a courier or merchant or someone would show up to request an audience, a notification would proc and stay up as long as they were waiting. Now I'm not getting even a brief notification when they arrive, so if I don't have the town center or manor house in view, I'll miss them. Is there a way to turn those notifications back on?

I've been missing this too. I've lost several new arrivals because I didn't see them in time. We urgently need a notification system for new arrivals, messengers, etc.

I would also like a notification when new people are waiting to be accepted, like we used to have in Early Access. Removing this for full release was a strange decision. As a game develops, it is supposed to gain QOL features not remove them.
