Then have you actually clicked the buy arrow button in the resources screen and set a number value next to it?
If yes please post a couple of screenshots or the save file (see instructions 3 posts above) and I am happy to look into it for you.
I unclicked and clicked the buy arrow button and set the value to 100 just to be sure and still nothing.

2. Build material store (Warehouse not Granary).
3. Check trade route on royal tab and try to unlocked it.
4. Click on some resources tab on top screen checked arrow up for buy (add max qtt you want) and arrow down for sell (add qtt max you want keep in store)
5. Have fun Do not forget set tool storage in warehouse.
