Market: "Construction Requirements Not Met" after loading save, no changes
I saved my game and went to bed. Loaded it today and my Market says "Construction Requirements Not Met"

I go into Edit the Market and there are no changes to apply

I removed the stall that the icon appeared to be hovering over and re-added it. The error did not go away

Have I done something wrong or did I encounter a bug?

update: it went away by letting time run while I made this post. i think it must be a bug, but the impact is low.

Oh i just figured out how to clear this - click on the warning then the build dialogs appear at the bottom - just click the X in the upper left of those.
