How to host the Abbess?

How do I host the Abbess? I am trying to complete the scenario but this request/mission has never popped up for me. I already have completed all the other requirements

Someone said it should come i a pop-up as soon you have done the other 3 requirements, but I never got one

First you need to Build a Monestary with all Monastic Buildings except Treasury and Great hall and fulfill the Prosperous Priory adivese Missions and the aspirations except Host the Abbess. After that the Abbess should come after some small time. Once she is there you need to ensure that her happiness doesn't fall below the threshold once. Since the game is still buggy and the mission will not complete at the end even if you have the checkmark and don't take the +10% Happiness for the Abbess sidequests since they also seemed fo caus the visit to fail.

Yeah, as said in the original post, all that is done. The Abess just doesn't show up.
I guess it's another bug.

Hi,
i have always tried to play carefully this kind of quest...
So alls my markets were full of alls the good before...
i made alls the kinds of food in the kitchen...
i made a save every time before accept the "trap" (like i call them ^^) quests ...
Cos the fear to wait during 80 months of time of game and follow her happiness still the quest took end..
and finally i have finished with 73 serfs.
Anyway if you loose the first time , logically the "quest" must come back every years like with king's quests..

So , i was intrigate by your problem because i don't understand and i don't like to don't understand ^^!
Normally that is it your emissary which lauch the quest to have time to prepare you.

Also i load my save game to see if check i will find something to try to help you...
And won the 10000 po of reward (like king's quest.. ) May be have I quit the game too quickly?!,
And unlocked finally the "Cresus" achievement..
Aleas i don't found anything more to help you but thanks for the achievement ^^

When the abbess arrives, she needs to look at the winery, the grape farm, and the apiary. So without knowing your game, maybe not having all the monastery production buildings might cause the event to not trigger?

For those 3 big quests, you may choose at start of the game, i observed that they fail on first try ... always ...


Depending on quest you have to wait up to 12 months until it pops up again or you have to trigger a mandate like "Invite ... XY"

For the "Host the abbess" quest you have to wait.
In my last game the quest poped up after about 10 months after the quest failed in first try in that game

its a random event when u get 150 monastics

Just after I posted this the abbess's courier came and I was able to get on with the achievement.

Unlike the other achivements, where you dont need to do the 'visit' quest last, this one requires it to be done after you have got the other 3 ticked off.

Tip: Create multiple hospitums.

I faced even more hard problem. I hosted the Abbess with 120% of satisfaction in the end but the quest was faled... How it is possible?

On reddit, someone says that "if you promote 5 members of your church to prior/prioress you complete a hidden event. This will unlock new faith related quests which also includes the visit of the abbess"
I'll try this and tell you.
