Pavior's Yard Glitched
Last patch made that building and workers DO NOTHING. They refuse to stock up on stones, I have 3000 stones, and plenty of workers everywhere.

I did find a problem on my end since this post, I forgot to put down a ZONE for them to pave. You have to highlight an area just like with forestry and hunting, etc.,

Also, once you get the keep built the game really opens up, a FLOOD of new citizens comes. I guess that should be expected. lol.
