where is the guard post?
i have unlock village fortifications, but, guard post not appear in the construction menu...how...?

If you mean the Watch Post it should be in the manor house build menu, I believe, as long as you've unlocked it in progression.

Just an FYI, if the watch-post is too far to the watchtowers the guards won't even bother to man them. But they are happy to walk 100 mile patrol area's just fine. Doesn't make sense.
