- if you are upgrading a house - the owner is displaced and so will say no access to house
- if you have moved a work area - I move my lumber camp around a bit, if you move it far away from its original space the workers will look for closer housing, this will give the no access to houses error
- for the market if people are on break OR if the buyer is travelling to the market and people are ahead of them they will so no access to the resources but it access is just delayed, you could try adding more stalls of the same resources at the market (I have considered this but not tried it) otherwise just wait and they will lose the error
However be aware with the market the error message is the same if they actually do not have access to the items - live to far away, so you need to keep an eye on this if the error comes up a lot and you have just expanded an area quite a bit it might be time to build another market.
If you go into the people tab you can sort by happiness (low to high) and then check their needs to see if anyone is missing refined food or other products.
