can't select territory at start of the game

My game starts normally. I should be able to select a territory but the areas don't show up. What can I do?

You are likely in the tutorial check the bottom left of the screen there are some controls tutorials first before you can buy a territory

The only one I can see is the movement tutorial, nothing else

youy have to complete that part of the tutorial, once you do it will disapear, just keep completing them until it tells you to pick your starting teritory, or you can click the settings button and click skip onboarding, it will skip all the beggining tutorial stuff

just.. do the tutorial. they come in order. you finish one and move onto the next. or if you don't wanna do it, disable the tutorial before starting the game. can also "skip onboarding" in the pause menu.
