Here is a screenshot. he sawmill is markes as "no ressources" while there is enou8gh wood and the people work on the sawmill. Maybe its bugged and cause the game has statet the sawmill as inactive, the builders cant gather the ressources?
The sawmill has three logs in its internal storage. You have 10 in total (so 7 somewhere else) - I don't know the sawmill ratio, but maybe 3 logs are not enough to get planks? Could be the reason.
Save the game first, and then try an internal, quick reload by pushing Cntl-Shift-R. See if that dislodges the problem. If not, completely exit the game, close Steam completely, and then try to go back into your game.
Oh is that the issue. OP: you may have accidentally pushed a button to "stock pile" your wood. This means that you want to keep storing the item, and not have anyone use or take the item, for any reason. Go to the Resources page in your book. look for the wood line, and see if you clicked the box/star/symbol that toggles the "stock piling" function. Turn it off, and see if that helped.
Totally missed that post. Indeed that was the problem. My son somehow was able to stockpile the planks when i was not there. And i dont recognise it, cause the almanach was not avaible here. Thanks for the help!
