Mate I have played with tutorial and classic, I have a small village and I cant progress now for 3 hours, because no one produces polished stone. I have over 150 raw stone, I bought the "stonemason Hut" progress since 3 hours I cant get fkn smooth stone

Build the stonesmith.
Set workers there.
Build warehouse.
Let it accept polished stone.
Maybe deactivate "hold back" stone.

Do you have both stone buildings placed and staffed? The first stone building (stonecutter) gathers stone. You have to purchase/unlock the other one from the book/menu (stone mason) in order to refine the stone.

Edit: as I typed you said you bought stonemason hut. Did you build it and staff it? It is a separate building.

Can't locate your building which produces the polished stones. Are you sure you have unlocked it and built it?
And it is supiscious that polished stones don't show up in your hud - looks like you can't produce it yet, because you havent researched it.

Try to answer in a single post and stop editing it all the time... It makes it harder to help you. So, you have the research. Great.

Build the building.
Staff it.
Set a warehouse to accept the stones.
Double check at F4 if you are holding back raw stones.

Show me a screenshot of your staffed polished stone factory.
