Delete Achievements earned in EA

Is it possible to "reset" achievements, as they aren't showing properly anyway. Steams says I have 5 achievements, but 4 of them show as black squares.

I think achievements are bugged right now and you can't earn any new ones anyway because the game thinks you have mods installed.

It is a little disappointing that most of my achievements in the EA version are now gone. I did them all. Only 8 of them moved over in the released version. I am sure I will eventually do them all in release version as well. Just hate starting over.

I always thought a 1.0 release would be a better version than the ones in Early Access, with this game 1.0 is the most buggy version of the game to date.

I've definitely been earning achievements. I've never used any mods though (in this or any other game).

EDIT: Just did this myself and it works. Appid is 690830
