Adding additional companies

I have played the game from the beginning but with the full release I can no longer figure out how to add additional soldier companies. I have the initial 5 soldier company but can't add anymore than that. Help!

You need to unlock encampments from the progression menu and build them as subbuldings to your castle

Thanks, I finally unlocked the second tier and found the encampments.

Yeah that one was a bit of figuring out. The good thing is the encampment can be placed in a building all of their own as their own main building rather than a subbuilding of the keep. However that means that separate encampment will not really benefit from the other buildings in the keep.

So why do it? These encampments in small groups of 5 can be set to patrol.
