If it's the case, the boat remained at the old location, it's the bug. Destroy the hut and rebuild is the only solution by now.
Edit : the arrow in the water will always be red.
I get that part but when I put it so both arrows are on land i get this:

I tried this. I did destroy and rebuilt but every time the fisher goes to the hut now it says the villager is blocked and he then does not go and fish.

As far as I can tell yes the river is in my territory only the bank of the other side is not.

LOL thanks. I sometimes put things on slants or in odd ways (if the game lets) because real life isnt straight lines. Just looks more natural in my eyes. Hopefully I can figure out this hut issue if it crops up again I will post in here to let people know.
