New update has killed the game

Was hoping to enjoy a few hours relaxing with an old friend of a game, it had been a while but thought it be nice to catch up. I downloaded the new updates, I enjoyed the first few opening screens, thought it would be nice to have a herald and name the village first, then click to play, it has killed my lap top, having to force quit, tried again and same issue goes to load the game and gets stuck. I am not one for paying for games, so narked I have paid for a game which I have previously enjoyed and now the developers have killed it, bit like a friend scratching a DVD copy of your favourite film.

The devs have been working to try to clear all the crashes, that different users are experiencing with all the different kind of GPU's and such. If you visit the Foundation Discord page, you can give them more detailed info about your issue, and the specs of your system, and hopefully they can clear the problem with your system specifics, in the next patch.
