Promoting Monks and Nuns to the next status?
What do I hve to do that Novice villagers are able to be promoted in the cloister?

just 50 manuscripts in the storage...

You don't need 50 manuscripts. You need to have fulfilled the novices' needs at least once, meaning you don't need a cloister first (though of course you can build it early). For the promotion you'll need manuscripts, a working refectorium, and a working monastery kitchen with the ingredients necessary to produce one of the four possible monastic food types.

Once you have the needs fulfilled, each time you have 5 manuscripts, you can promote a novice to a brother/sister whose needs were fulfilled.

You'll need the cloister to fulfill the needs of brothers and sisters (same as with villagers promoted to commoners who then have specific needs)
