Crashes during gameplay

The game runs fine in the menu, then when I start a new game, I can only complete the "camera controls" quests before it totally freezes for 5 minutes then crashes to desktop.

I run the game on medium settings with a few things set on low.

Here's my hardware, should meet the minimum requirements, almost recommended if not for the CPU :

AMD Ryzen 5 1500X Quad-Core Processor 3.50 GHz
Sapphire Radeon RX580 8Go
Corsair Vengeance 3600MHz DDR5 16Go (2x8Go) RAM
NVMe SSD with enough space

Drivers are up to date (I checked twice).

I refunded the game out of spite but I really want to play it.

EDIT : The demo runs fine af. The full release is the problem

try to get in contact via email or discord and add at least the .log :)

Turn off your shadows, the grass, and the ambient lighting,
That's what was causing me issues.
