Definitely something strange. Never seen them ignore a closer one before with stone camps unless it had the max amount of workers already.
That is because you have overcrowded needs and they are traveling somewhere farther to fill needs. Markets, churches, wells. are overcrowded.
that is a low production and there is not a lot of solution ...
When you move the miners camp after exhaustion of the first one near the next iron node , they loose time because they are more far away from the village...
Just put your warenhouse on "take the maximum" give somes priorities...
Also that is for that than the taxes on mines was bugged on the other mines , because they worked fine on the "moving" miner'camps ^^
When you select the iron mining camp, does the little 'iron' icon appear above both nodes?
And, of course, are both nodes in you territory?
I've built them before as you have, and they've worked. I don't know why they wouldn't each just go to the nearest node. I'm sorry, but I got nothing. :(
They go to work on a different deposit, and completely ignore the one on a screenshot.
