Funny/Bug: Cows don't find way off bridges

We have a bridge that ends on a diary farm pasture. Cows over time walk on the bridge, but do not walk of again. They form a sizable "herd/clump". Luckily there is no impact on movement of workers. But looks strange.

I had some sheep do this! And another time, I moved a sheep farm across a river. The sheep tried to follow but would NOT walk across the bridge over the river (or under it or just reappear...) So strange.
