i built spear and bow and sword huts

and yet 2 companies are not assigned a weapon, even after i assign it to them.
i can't figure out how to assign them weapons.
2 out of 3 companies have no weapons

Hi,
have you clic on the tents where are your companies ?
because you need to choice between weapons level 1 or 2...
of course , you only may have level 1 but you must choose one level before ..^^

1. A company is assigned a weapon type when they are formed.
2. The weapons have to be stored in the armory
3. The Company cannot change to another weapon type.
4. People dismissed from a company are sent back to the unemployed.
5. If you select a higher grade weapons such as Spear>Pole Arm>Pike they will be onyl equipped with that weapon and quality, if there is not enough of that quality left it will use a lower quality version. This is important later when missions start breaking weapons.
6. Create an armory with all 4 war rations slots, if you try using one slot in an armory and that armory runs out and then your unit performance is penalized.
7. You must trade for steel or find it in a mission to make the higher grade weapons.
8 The highest grade weapons can only be found in battalion mission which take 4 companies.

My bet (from my own experience): Your weapon smithy´s menu gives you an option what to produce.

i have 4 companies, i have armoury with 3 weapons, and ration and i can't equip 3 companies.

The bows have to be in the armory then each person will grab them.

but the bows are in the armory. should armories be attached to each company ?

Armory is supposed to be attached to Castle building group.

then i don't understand why i can't arm the companies. only the first company with spears has weapons, and these are spears given from the kingdom, not produced by my town.
i have production of weapons, i have armory with all the produced weapons and rations and i can't arm the companies.

ok, i found out. the spear/bow/sword encampments should be attached to castle keep.
