- Upgrade Castle Harbor trade route.
- Recruit 5 militia
- Pause your Royal duties to host Royal companies and Royal Knights
The Emissary is required to upgrade the Kinstone Abbey trade route.
The only real duplicate abilities is prospecting and upgrading other trade routes. Which can come in handy if you want to prospect quickly or do multiple things at once.
