Different Baillifs
Seems a bit wonky to be given the choice of different bailifs when they all bring the same benefit to the village:

I understand if they could bring 3 different options but in all the games I've created so far in Foundation, I get 3 bailiffs all bringing the same thing to my villages, just different named villagers. What I mean is this time their selling 10% faster learning experience the next time they might all bring 25% to something else they bring to the village.

Is this a bug or it's only for flavor to install the bailiff with the most charming name?

I usually get three different options (I've started roughly 6 games since 1.0 release). Occasionally two of the three will be the same, but I have yet to see what you have; that's the worst option, too ><
Don't just pick them based on name, look at their current jobs as well. Bailiffs don't just sprout out of the ground. You are promoting them from the people already in your village and therefore removing someone from their job.

I learned that lesson by accident when I turned my only stone mason into my bailiff and didn't discover I had stopped making and selling polished stone until much later.
The Bailiff, Royal Courtier, and Emissary bonuses stack.

The Royal Courtier is required to:
- Upgrade Castle Harbor trade route.
- Recruit 5 militia
- Pause your Royal duties to host Royal companies and Royal Knights

The Emissary is required to upgrade the Kinstone Abbey trade route.

The only real duplicate abilities is prospecting and upgrading other trade routes. Which can come in handy if you want to prospect quickly or do multiple things at once.
