How do you upgrade a market stall canopy?

I'm having issues trying to upgrade a stall canopy. From basic cover to coloured ones.
I'm hoping you don't have to demolish the entire stall to upgrade the canopy.
Does anyone have a method?

You can demolish individual parts, you don't have to demolish the whole market.

To be clear can you demolish just the canopy and replace it with another without having to demolish the market stall table and signs etc..?
My market consists of three market stalls with basic cloth covers and some signs.

Oh I think I fiound it.... it is in "Parts list" of one of the markets court items not "Edit building"

Not the most obvious really.

Please select a market and select the middle list.
You can destroy just the tent by executing "destroy building part" for the tent you want to destroy.

After that, you can attach a tent of any color you like.
