Report a translation problem
It does provide a happiness boost (I believe 20% for the person who eat the meal).
When you select a villager that had a meal and look at his happiness breakdown, you can see it there.
Only commoners and citizens can consume Tavern Meals. Usually It is useful to counter the minus happiness drop when they are under heavy taxing.
I have sufficient boars (26 hunters over 654 populations) for Butcheries and for Tavern Kitchen.
I did paused the tavern, upped to 20 meals, no minstrel. What's the trick to unlock the Masterpiece ?
