How to get edicts?

Can anyone tell me how to get edicts?

They are all in the common path to unlock.

You need to reach the required prosperity and use the required amount of gold as clearly stated when you hover your cursor over them in the common path progression tree.

Sorry to res a old post, but I can't see where you enable edicts now.

There used to be a screen for these with boxes to click in. Haven't played in a while so I guess I missed some kind of change? I've purchased the wage edict and planning edict, but have no idea how to implement them.

Can anyone help me out please?

If you select the book at the bottom or hit tab, then navigate to the progression tab, you'll find edicts & privileges.

From there you can select which ones to enable

Then in the bottom left next to the clock and speed, the little exclamation ! mark will show you the active effects

Cheers for the reply. But I just found out why I couldn't do it. I had the advice tutorial quests going and it wouldn't show until I finished them lol.
