How to get stone if there's none in your territory?
So how do I get stone if there's none in my territory? None of the traders want to sell it, and my income is too poor currently to buy new territory that has stone. There has to be some way to get stone in this situation, but I'm not seeing how.

Three absolute necessities when choosing a town centre. Berries, stone and trees in close proximity. Thats about the best I can say. There are stone quarries in later game but that wont help you now.
You're probably screwed if you can neither mine stone currently or expand into more stone. I don't think you can get very far in to the game without stone though. Did you already use up your 2 free territories the tutorial kind pawn off on you?

My starting territories had stone, but eventually I got the "No natural resources left" popup and when I clicked it the camera focused on my stonecutter, so I'm assuming it means there's no more stone left on my tiles.

OHHHHHHHHHHHH... wait, I know now... you just don't have any stone marked for excavation. Go into paint and repaint it... You want the blue brush... I think it's blue >.> Might be purple <.<

most probably you assigned too many miners for stone node.. thats why you get that pop up. just because it doesnt run out of stones doesnt mean you can create 5 stonecutters camps around it ( or missing extraction zone)

Well, the basic: don't you have remove the extraction zone ("blue area") by inadvertance ?

Actually, it happens if someone accidentally removed their excavation area. You have assigned any resources to be mined so the message 'No natural resources to extract' pops up.

If I hadn't don it so many times myself, I'd have never understood. but yeah, OP, next time you gotta lead with any ingame messages you recieve. It really helps to narrow down the problem, and avoid unnecessary heart attacks.

So to add some clarity, the rocks in my territories look like this:

I had several in my other territories, but eventually they disappeared. Are they supposed to disappear after being mined several times or are they supposed to be permanent? With what you're saying it sounds like these nodes should remain on the map forever, unless you're referring to a different type of node that isn't what I have in the picture.

To be honest that screenshot doesn't tell me much. It looks like there's stone there you don't yet have access to because you're still building the bridge. With 64 villagers you probably aren't even past your second year yet.

Best I can say is that any stone deposits you were already mining should not have dried up already because I'm well into my fifth year and my first deposit is still there with 5 miners for about 80-ish% of game play time. Unless there's an option to make some resources finite, you should still be able to mine them. Have you tried pressing the paint button to see if repainting could work?

And this is what I needed to know. Figures a good looking mod map would include ♥♥♥♥ like this.

Thanks mate
