Achievement questions

So my coastal savegame is finished with around 700 people and almost the whole map is used, but I still miss 4 achievements.

The golden cross with the gems.

I have it and I built it as a part of a church. The conditions were that there should only be 5 decorations in the build, not including the masterpiece parts. The build menu says 9/5. This church has only 4 parts declared as decoration and I didn't use any of them. The game thinks I built 9. I thought maybe I misunderstood and added three decorations. The numbers changed to 12/5. I removed them and was back to 9/5. Any help greatly appreciated :)

The two blueprint achievements.

I did some googling and found that you get them by having your army do extremely difficult missions. My army has 70 people including some knights and many soldiers. They have done many extremely difficult missions to the end. At one point I received the knight statue, but there was no blueprint coming with it. The last hour I just played for those extremely difficult army missions but I never received any blueprint. What am I doing wrong?

And finally, some miraculous garden.

It's not the herb garden to heal the soldiers, but another garden. I never got it and I never saw it and I have no idea how to get it.

If I remember right some of the achievements had their effect conditions removed.
However the text remained on the description. I think that was in a patch or two after the achievements were added.

For Example I got the Stained Glass one on the hill map that has no water.
I also got the garden in the tavern without filling the 15 piece requirement.

Which the tavern garden requires 15 core pieces in your tavern.
Pieces from the stone set do not count towards the 15 pieces.
