Market 'range.'
So I like to set the village center in the dead center of my first tile, then surround it with market stalls and a well. How far will the market stalls hold influence? Should I have a tile between market clusters? Tile and a half? Or is it based more on population density than distance?

In Foundation generally buildings don't have a radius, they can serve villagers even from the other side of the map.

The green circle you see is the radius of increase in residential desirability.

Ah okay, I imagine it would be best to have a few markets spread out though, presumably relatively near to granaries? Similar to how you ideally have a few churches spread about, or is it fully possible to just keep upgrading into one mega church to supply faith to the entire map, so long as it can support your population?
