How do i re-hire a Bailiff?

I moved my Manor an deleted and rebuilt the Bailiff Office but now it's giving me 3 completely new Bailiff candidates. I was able to assign my old Bailiff via the Village's Buildings menu, however i can't send him on missions.

Is there a fix for this?

There is not a fix for this. If you remove a bailiff, you have to assign one of the three new random candidates. You can refresh the list of candidates by removing and the reassigning the bailiff's office function to the particular building part, however. Each time you re-designate the building as a bailiff's office, you'll get three random candidates to fill the bailiff job. You could just keep doing this until you get the original bailiff back.
