How to transfer food product from the market to granary?

My first market is selling berries and I want to change the product to bread. However, all existing berries will be deleted if I change the product.

There is a similar function to transfer items between warehouse and warehouse. Is there one between market and granary? Thank you very much.

If you don't want to waste the berries, I wonder if it would work if you built another market and assigned bread to that, then assigned the berry market tender to the bread table and left the berry market unattended. Wouldn't the villagers just continue to buy berries from the berry market until there were no more berries there?

This will work just fine. The market does not have to be manned to sell the food that's in it. The only real job the market tender has is fetching food/goods/luxuries from the granary or warehouse to keep the market stocked. Once you stock it, you can reassign the tender to something else if you want. The market will empty and you can then reassign the market tender back to it and change what it sells.
