why happiness -20?

I have 85 villagers. there is enough food and water. but happiness does not increase.
the villagers all work. but they are experiencing a "service shortage". how can i overcome this shortage of services - 120% :(
There are also a maximum of 5 soldiers. How can I increase the number of soldiers? the castle is big enough.

There is an icon on the top left which gives you the detail of unhappiness. I don't remember whichy one. Clic and try all

One chuch core can serve only 20 villagers. For 85 villagers, you need 5 cores. Build more church, or extend the existing one if the distances are not too great (1-2hex max distance is the wise) The common practice is to have one church per hex

You should have received 5 swords with your first soldiers. You can train and equip them, and send them on EASY mission (always check the success probability) then, after your soldiers gained levels, you can send them on more missions, and they will finally gain other swords, or, better, spears
