Otherwise you can try to destroy the workshop and rebuild it somewhere else or place the window somewhere else.
1. tearing the workshop down and rebuilding it: no change (you'd get a "I'm stuck" warning if the builder could not access the workshop anyways, right?)
2. stockpiling 100 glass, then "releasing it": no change
3. building other parts of the same church: works
4. building other things that require glass: works
Still, the Stained Glass Workshop says: No project.
I guess there's no stained glass for me :(
(at wetransfer you do not have to sign up)

Maybe it was due to the height of that first church? Or that it contains too many parts?
I don't know. Here are 2 savegames, one with the problematic church and the latest one where the Stained Glass was added to the Roman Church:

Anyways: thanks for the support! The game is SO darn cute :)
Apparently there was a bug in the placement of the window, but this is not reproducible. After deleting the window, you can place it in the same place again and the glass workshop starts working.
You have to unlock the stained glass workshop in the clergy panel. You can open it with the star button in the upper right corner. The workshop unlock button can be found on the right side, below the monastery parts.
Ok I see. Thanks again for the support and keep up the good work! Foundation looks really fantastic already.
As I wrote: I just built another Roman Church and added Stained Glass to it. That worked. Maybe you could try that, too.
